David Sheen, Esq. is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and Psychology. Mr. Sheen received his Doctor of Law Degree from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California.

Mr. Sheen is licensed to practice law before all California State Courts as well as United States Federal District Courts and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He is an active member of the California State Bar, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Asian American Bar Association, Better Business Bureau, Fremont Chamber of Commerce, Citizens for Better Community, CBC Toast Masters Club, and Fremont Rotary International. He was also a member of American Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Bar Association of San Francisco, Barristers Club of San Francisco, Alameda County Bar, and County Bar of Los Angeles.

Mr. Sheen is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese. He has represented clients ranging from multi-national companies to mid-sized and small companies as well as individuals undergoing the U.S. immigration process. Mr. Sheen is a frequent guest speaker for local schools, businesses, and community organizations on various subjects about immigration, estate planning and business law.
